Registration

Parents enrolling their child(ren) in the Religious Education program are asked to fill out the proper registration forms. Late or incomplete registrations may necessitate that the child(ren) be placed on a waiting list.

A baptismal certificate is required of all students who were not baptized at St. Peter Parish.

For the admission of transfer students, parents shall present the proper transfer forms or some other appropriate notification from the program previously attended. (Archdiocesan Policy #316)

Each family is asked to complete the RE registration form.  A new student form should be completed for every student enrolling in the Religious Ed program for the first time.

Families new to the program who are registering children in grades 2 - 8 must meet with Sister Kathy to determine placement in the program.
