Confirmation

Confirmation is a Sacrament of Initiation which strengthens the grace of Baptism and seals us with the Holy Spirit. Confirmation strengthens us to live our life of faith. Through this sacrament, the Holy Spirit and the Spirit’s gifts help us to live our baptismal promises, to grow into the likeness of Christ, and to share his mission.

Confirmation Preparation for Adults

If you are a practicing Catholic who is 18 or older, who has received your First Communion, and who has never been confirmed, please contact Sr. Kathy (847-679-1202) or see the Archdiocesan Office for Catechesis' website for more information.

Confirmation Preparation for High School Students

Any high school student who has already received the Eucharist but has not yet been confirmed is invited to call for more information on requirements and preparation process for the Vicariate II High School Confirmation.
